About
Property Exchange
Property Exchange was registered and incorporated with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents in May 2014 under the Registration Number of E(3)1521. We are one of the members of Malaysia Institute of Estate Agents (MIEA) OM0791.
From a humble beginning the company was transformed into a well-organized and reputable company in the property sector. Property Exchange had trained and developed a core of property negotiators for the company and the industry.
Property Exchange currently has 5 Senior Team Leaders and 60 negotiators and expects to recruit more negotiators in the immediate future.

Acting in the intermediary role, assist property owners to sell, and assist buyers to purchase the properties of their choice; following through with sales administration work.
- Rental of Property
Assist property owners to find tenants; assist customers to find suitable property to rent; following through with rental administration work.
